If you want to start a healthy lifestyle - it's time to cleanse the body of unwanted. 
1 apple and cinnamon.
Finely chop one apple and pour 500 ml of pure water, add 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon, cool and drink throughout the day. The combination of apples and ground cinnamon can help you normalize the metabolism and cleanse the digestive tract.
2 lemon juice and honey.
